International Service
The Rotary Club of Sammamish supports meaningful change close to home and around the world through service projects, community partnerships, and Rotary grant programs.
Rotary Outreach
Through the Rotary Club of Sammamish Foundation, our club channels fundraising proceeds into grants and projects that make a lasting difference — locally in the Sammamish community and globally through Rotary's international network. We partner with vetted nonprofits and leverage Rotary District grant programs to extend the impact of every dollar raised. Our international work reflects Rotary's core commitment to sustainable, community-driven solutions that address real needs on the ground.
Sangea's Kids & Hope Village
The Rotary Club of Sammamish is proud to partner with Sangea's Kids, an all-volunteer nonprofit dedicated to transforming the lives of orphans and vulnerable children in southern Tanzania. Sangea's Kids supports children through education, healthcare, and community development at Hope Village — a growing residential and community hub in the Ruvuma region.
Our club's current focus is supporting a water conservation and sanitation project at Hope Village. As the village continues to grow, reliable water infrastructure is essential to the health and wellbeing of the children and community members who call it home. We are working to fund a rainwater harvesting and reuse system that will serve key facilities across the village — a practical, sustainable solution with lasting impact.
