Attending PELS: A Valuable Learning Experience

Marilyn Guthrie, President-Elect recently had the opportunity to participate in this intensive training conference designed for the incoming presidents of Rotary clubs across the Pacific Northwest (Rotary District 5030). Strategic planning, networking, and motivation are key focus areas for incoming presidents.

While the Rotary is known for its "boots on the ground" volunteer work, PELS focuses on: strategic planning, networking, and motivation as key focus areas for incoming presidents. 

Attending PELS was an inspiring and educational experience. The event not only enhanced technical understanding but also strengthened professional connections, leaving attendees motivated to apply new knowledge within their academic and professional pursuits.
