Congregations For The Homeless
The mission of Congregation For the Homeless is to end homelessness on the Eastside by helping men make the transition from life on the street to stable, independent living. We do this by helping men to successfully make the transition from homelessness to permanent housing. Though all men experience our programs in unique ways, the following chart represents one man’s possible journey through the many CFH programs described on their website and this video.
Sammamish Rotary provided a Spring 2017 grant that was used to replace sleeping mats for their Snohomish Valley Shelter. Another grant was provided in Spring 2018 for bus tickets for men experiencing homelessness.
