Why We Exist:

The mission of the Rotary Club of Sammamish is to ethically serve our local and global communities while providing challenges and opportunities for service and self-improvement for our members.

Our Motto:

“Service Above Self”

Who We Are:

We are a group of business and community leaders positively changing the lives of our members, the Sammamish community and the world.

Founded in 2003, Rotary Club of Sammamish counts approximately 38 business, civic and community leaders among its members.  Each of these individuals is committed to Rotary’s  Service Above Self philosophy that drives the Club’s efforts to improve our community, our nation and the world.

Rotary Club of Sammamish meets weekly to build friendships, exchange ideas, listen to influential and intriguing guest speakers and take action to create positive change in our community.  Members also volunteer their time throughout the year to support a variety of local, national and global projects.  Some of these commitments include Rotary Harvest food packing, Challenge Series Race for children with special needs, Mayor’s Month of Concern Food Drive, High School scholarship Interviews, clean wells and medical center for Songea’s Kids in Tanzania and wells and sustainable agricultural in Luz Del Manana village in Nicaragua.

Rotarians aren’t just all about service and meetings, we know how to have fun too!  With an active calendar of social, networking and fundraising events, ranging from picnics, work parties and an October haunted experience; Fourth on the Plateau and Concerts in the Park food booth to our annual Turning of the Wheel Celebration, we have plenty of opportunities to get to know each other’s families and partners in a fun, relaxed setting.

The heart and soul of the club, however, is the individual passion for serving others that each member brings.  We’re an active, enthusiastic group and are always on the lookout for like-minded leaders to join our efforts

Meetings are being held virtually. Please visit the Club Calendar for instructions on joining.
